Mindfulness Based Chronic Stress and Chronic Pain Management

Living with chronic stress or chronic pain is emotionally and physically draining. It can be difficult to see a way forward, particularly if you have tried treatment after treatment. A trauma-informed yoga therapy and mindfulness practice can help you change your relationship to stress and pain.

Certified by the Univeristy of Toronto in Mindfulness Based Chronic Pain Management, I can help you develop a personalized yoga and mindfulness mediation practice that will support you:

  • In remaining calmer and more pain controlled despite the challenges of everyday life such as when interacting with family, friends, colleagues, employers, workers compensation, and insurers.

  • Better manage anxiety and stress.

  • Reduce pain and improve resilience

  • Identify personal triggers that lead to pain exacerbation and how this can change the intensity of pain suffering, both emotional and physical, in a very positive way.

Initial Assessment. In this initial session I learn about your goals, health concerns and history so that we can establish a practice that meets your needs. You will leave the session with a personalized practice to help you on your way to meeting your goals.  $125 + HST/ 90 minutes

Private Sessions: In each private session we will review your health needs and goals and adjust your practice to keep you moving forward. $100 + HST.

Introductory package: Three private sessions, including the initial consultation for $300 + HST.
