Private Yoga Therapy
Working together in a safe, trauma-informed, and therapeutic environment, I can support you in learning how to use the mind/body tools of yoga to relieve your symptoms - whether they are physical, mental or emotional.

My ultimate goal is to understand your needs and then develop a personalized home practice that relieves whatever is making you feel stuck.
My approach is trauma-informed and based on the rich therapeutic lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, who believed and taught that “if you can breathe, you can do yoga.” All techniques and tools meet you where you are - physically, mentally and emotionally - and will allow you to work with the natural intelligence of your body, your breath and you mind.
As a Yoga Therapist certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists, with additional certifications in Mindfulness Based Chronic Pain Management, and extensive experience working in the mental health field, and alongside regulated healthcare professionals, I am committed to helping you heal and transform in a way that is safe, trauma informed and exactly right for you.

Consultation: Book a 30 minute call with me to explore if yoga therapy is right for you. Free (there is no obligation or strings attached).
Initial Assessment. In this initial session I learn about your goals, health concerns and history so that we can establish a practice that meets your needs. You will leave the session with a personalized practice to help you on your way to meeting your goals. $150 + HST/ 90 minutes
Yoga Therapy Sessions: In each private session we will review your health needs and goals and adjust your practice to keep you moving forward. $120 + HST.
Introductory package: Three private sessions, including the initial consultation for $350 + HST.
